Admit it: you are currently the weakling in your story. Stop hiding behind excuses. Acknowledge the areas where you fall short—skills, confidence, health, discipline. Write it out. Pinpoint what you avoid, what you fear, where you falter. Let truth open the door to change. Without this recognition, your transformation stalls.

Define What “Nemesis” Means for You

Decide precisely what it means to become the nemesis.
